Privacy policy
This website is a product catalog and support resource. It does not run a local checkout or create customer order accounts.
Email inquiries
Our contact form sends your submitted information to LOMTAP for support handling. You can also email support@lomtap.com directly; your email provider and our mailbox provider process those messages.
Support forms and storage
Warranty and contact information submitted on this site is processed and stored using Cloudflare Workers and D1. Cloudflare Turnstile processes security verification data to help prevent abuse. LOMTAP uses submitted information to register and handle support requests.
Information collected
Forms collect email, order reference and, where provided, name, phone, message, product or ASIN. Contact requests require name, email and message; warranty registration requires email and order reference. We record submission time automatically. Promotion updates are optional and unchecked by default. Support staff may record handling status and internal notes.
Amazon product and order activity
Product links open Amazon. Amazon and the applicable seller handle account, payment, order, delivery, return, and refund information under their own policies; that information is not processed by this site's checkout because no local checkout exists.
Optional website analytics
Plausible and Google Analytics may run on the configured production domain to understand visits, outbound clicks, and page performance. Those providers process technical usage data under their own terms; analytics is not used here to process Amazon orders.
